How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To file a complaint, send an email to support@magistv.co.in with the subject line "DMCA Complaint - Magis TV" including the following details:

• Your full legal name and contact details
• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Direct URL/location of allegedly infringing material
• Statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
• Statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice with relevant legal declarations and identification details.

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review and take appropriate action, including removal or access restriction where necessary.

Rights and Reservation

Magis TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate repeat infringers and to reject incomplete or fraudulent notices.
